Hi All,

Just a gentle reminder that if you have a catch basin near your property, it is worth taking a few minutes to make sure it is clear of ice and snow and debris.

This will allow water to flow freely into the catch basin and reduce the water on the ground surface, maybe even reduce the chances of potential flooding for you and your neighbours.

There is a lot of melting happening now and over the next couple of days, this could save you a lot of issues.

Hey Neighbours, this is a public service announcement.

This is the type of weather that can increase the chance of basement flooding, especially with our older homes and aging infrastructure. If you have a storm drain near your property, clearing the drain and curbs near the drain will go a long way to reducing the water buildup around your home.

Hi All,

Just a friendly reminder to turn off your outside water and drain your hoses and water spigots. The freezing weather is here at night, and you don't want your pipes to freeze and burst.
