Chapter 36. 🥂

Another year down, and a lot to be thankful for.

Appreciate everyone who reached out, called, messaged, or took the time to celebrate with me. It means more than you know. 🙏🏽

35 came with wins, losses, challenges, and lessons. Some things worked out, some didn’t, but every experience taught me something and made me stronger.

Going into 36 with a clear mind, bigger goals, and a different level of focus. Keeping my circle solid, appreciating the people who have always been there, and continuing to work toward everything I want out of life.

No complaints. Just grateful for how far I’ve come and motivated for what’s next.

Cheers to 36. More life, more growth, more wins. 🥂

96 EVENTS. ONE INCREDIBLE SEASON.

As we look back at this year, we want to simply say thank you.

What started as an idea in mid 2025 has grown into something we’re extremely proud of. This year alone, Emerald Dholis has been part of 96 events, with nearly 90% of them being wedding receptions.

From one event to the next, the support has been incredible. We’re grateful for how far we’ve come, and we’re only getting started.

And to every bride and groom who booked us and went on to recommend us to family and friends, thank you. A huge part of our growth has come through word of mouth, and we never take that support for granted.

This season came with packed weekends, multiple events in one night, long hours and last minute calls. Whenever we needed someone to step up, you guys came through and held it down.

Not everyone who contributed to this season is pictured, but the appreciation goes far beyond this photo. I’m grateful for every dholi who stepped in, supported the team and represented the Emerald Dholis name.

These boys are more than just dholis on a team. Over this journey, they’ve become brothers and family, and that means more to me than any number of events we could ever do.

Only my second time meeting KHAN SAAB, and hearing him say “Eh banda bahut ghaint aa” definitely meant a lot. 🙏🏽

Especially coming from someone you respect and have only met twice. Makes you feel like you must be doing something right.

Khan Saab is not only a solid person, but easily one of the best vocalists out there. Hearing that voice live is a completely different experience. 🎤🔥

Wherever he’s performing around the world, if you get the chance, get your tickets and go watch him live. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Nothing but respect for Khan Saab. Keep killing it, brother. 💯🙏🏽

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing ਸਿੰਮੀ ਚਹਿਲ (Simi Chahal) for over 10 years, and throughout that time, she has always remained the same humble, kind, and down-to-earth person. ❤️

Every time we’ve crossed paths, she’s always been supportive, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It’s something I’ve genuinely appreciated and respected about her over the years.

Always great to see good people continue to grow and succeed in our industry. Wishing Simi and the entire team behind Tutt Paini English Ne all the very best for their upcoming release. 🎬🙏🏽

Punjabi cinema moves forward when we’re willing to open the doors for the next generation — and Bol Bhavein Na Bol is a reminder of why fresh talent deserves that opportunity. 🎬❤️

Sidak Gill and Jaanyaa Joshi bring something genuinely refreshing to the screen. Their chemistry is effortless, their performances feel natural, and together they bring a new energy that audiences should experience on the big screen. These are two young talents with tremendous potential, and I truly believe this is only the beginning for them. 👏🏽🔥

A huge appreciation to Rakesh Dhawan (ਰਕੇਸ਼ ਧਵਨ ) for his direction and vision, and for bringing together a film that gives emerging talent the space to be seen. Congratulations as well to the entire star cast, crew, technicians, and every individual behind the scenes who put their time, passion, and hard work into bringing Bol Bhavein Na Bol to life.

And a very special congratulations to the entire Rhythm Boyz team. Punjabi cinema needs established banners that are willing to take chances, introduce fresh faces, and invest in the future of our industry. Giving new talent a platform isn’t just about one film — it’s about helping Punjabi cinema continue to evolve, grow, and discover its next generation of stars. 🙏🏽

On a personal level, a heartfelt thank you to Amrinder Gill and the entire Rhythm Boyz team for allowing me to be a part of this project. Having been connected to this industry for many years, it always means something special to contribute to a project that is pushing Punjabi cinema forward and creating opportunities for new talent.

Just because I stay silent and don’t say much doesn’t mean I haven’t been around. I’ve always believed there’s more value in letting the work, relationships and longevity speak for themselves.

No shortcuts. No overnight story. Just years of showing up, learning, evolving and building genuine relationships along the way — including knowing Ammy Virk since 2014.

I’ve seen a lot, learned a lot, and I’m still learning every day.

Grateful for where I started. Proud of the journey. Still hungry for what’s next. 🙏🏽
