Preliminary design content for our next project on Victoriaville Rd in Brampton, Ontario. In this project we are finishing the basement as a Second Unit. The preliminary design has been happily accepted by the client and is now ready to move on to the next stage of preparation of final permit drawings.

We are a team of experienced Engineers and Designers providing building permit services across GTA. We specialize in services related exclusively to residential basements. Our services range from as little as a door opening to a full basement second unit.
