Shipments from Deva's Gardens
Shipments are about to begin — arriving at your doorstep in time for planting!
As in every year, shipping period starts mid-April at Deva’s Gardens. Much meticulous preparation and organization go into ensuring a seamless process during this short window frame of time, dedicated to delivering your tubers in time for planting!
If you find me slow to answering individual queries, it is because I am packing hundreds of orders and operating at my maximum efficiency and capacity to speed up the shipping process. Rest assured that I am as excited as you are to get your tubers over to you!
I hope this message will address some of the FAQ that I get every year.
Tubers are shipped Canada-wide during April/May timeline. Shipping will be scheduled along with periodical e-mail communication, detailing the process and the latest updates.
All orders placed with Deva’s Gardens are captured on the ordering system and will be combined and shipped together. Please note that I am unable to provide you with an approximate timeline of your individual order shipments.
Orders will be processed and completed according to the order of receiving them on the system, depending on the weather conditions across the provinces.
You can place an order to be combined and shipped together until up to the time that you receive an e-mail from Deva’s Gardens to say that your order has been processed for shipment.
You will receive e-mail communications from the shipping carrier, completed with a tracking number, once the order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
At this point of time, any modifications to orders, shipping timeline, address and etc. cannot be made. Simply place a new order if you find a dahlia in my collection that you absolutely MUST grow this season!
If you haven’t received communication from me in a while, please check your spam mail as the messages may have been directed to that folder.
