This one was a lot of work but so satisfying!
Built in the early 80’s in : one family occupying it the entire time.
You could tell there was a lot of love in this house from perfectly done wallpaper to every room being a fun/bold colour. Meeting the “kids” who grew up in this home (who aren’t kids anymore) was such a pleasure!
We stripped 5 garbage bags worth of wallpaper, primed (2 coats) on every square inch (3 bathrooms, laundry, Mudroom, 4 bedrooms, 6 closets, living, dining, family room, kitchen.)
Higdon Renovations tackled all the repairs + caulking + switching out light fixtures + exterior work.

Walls finished in Swiss coffee, ready for the market and for a new family to take over 🖤🥺

But we were able to give this cute little cottage + garage a much needed makeover 😍

1. Scraped + sanded old/flaking paint ✔️
2. One solid coat of Oil primer ✔️
3. Sprayed: Board + Batten to Kendall Charcoal ✔️
4. Windows painted in Swiss Coffee ✔️
5. Old Yellow doors: painted to Black ✔️
