Before and afters! This customer learned the hard way to be patient with a new deck. This is what happens when it’s pressure treated wood and not prepped properly. Always let your pressure treated sit for at least a year before coating it. And always sand the wood to open up the wood grans so the stain can absorb into it. I sanded with a 60 grit sand paper and did a deck wash on it, then I coated it with a semi solid woodluxe stain 2 coats from Benjamin Moore. Colour is Leather Saddle Brown. Now the customer can enjoy their deck this summer with friends and family! Cheers!
