Hello folks, we are alive.

On the 18th of December 2025, at roughly 7AM, I (Zach) was involved in a highway speed collision on highway 11 northbound, just north of Orillia. This crash was sudden, and with no time to react, I struck a vehicle that had appeared to have been left in the left lane (passing lane) unattended, no hazards lights or signal lights in the dimly lit morning, worried I'd swerve into another vehicle causing more injury, I tried to slow as much as I could but impact was unavoidable.

Following the accident I was amazed that I wasnt hurt much at all, sore body for a while, whiplash from the seat belts most definitely, the airbag failed to deploy, I braced and gods grace I was alright.

What happened next was next to unbelievable for so many, as the final verdict due to how the criminal code is wrote, the accident was deemed my fault. I just kept asking "how?" And the answer I was given is that because of the circumstances, anyone who strikes a vehicle from the rear is found at fault. I was furious and sent out to try and find dashcam footage of the crash, or some sort of way I could fight this.

No charges were pressed against me, and I was driving a company vehicle so now Im back to where I was before, but I'm on the rise again, I have some things to figure out but we will hopefully be able to start operating later 2026 instead of our original plan to start Spring 2026.
