When you have an elevator pit which has a bad case of water infiltration who are you going to call?

This pit was done in separate pours. Base first and then walls on top. We are unsure what the constructed details were on this one but it appears to have missing water stop issues.

Chipped out the seam and any other suspect areas. Some spots we drilled out for a bigger plug.

Water plug complete with patch’n’plug followed by waterproofing coats of concentrate.

Fairview School Renovation

Client - Red Deer Public School Board

Architect - Berry Architecture

Scope - Renovation of 6 Classrooms (Demo, Hazardous Material Removal, New Drywall, New Ceilings, New Paint, New Millwork, New Window Coverings, New Flooring & Baseboards, Electrical Reno c/w New Fixtures, New Sinks, HVAC modifications.
