Summer is the perfect time to tackle critical infrastructure improvements while schools are quiet and students are enjoying their well-earned break.

Our team is proud to be completing drainage improvements at St. Joseph’s School in Bowmanville, ensuring the site is better prepared to handle stormwater and provide a safer, more resilient environment for students and staff when they return in the fall.

Does this site look familiar? 👀 🍗 🍕

Gay Group of Companies was proud to be part of the demolition of the former KFC and Pizza Hut buildings.

While the demolition itself wasn’t done because the hospital is immediately expanding onto those lots, it is an important step in the long-term vision for our community. The site is being prepared for future parking as part of the Bowmanville Hospital redevelopment. 🏥

It’s always rewarding to contribute to projects that help lay the foundation for future growth and improved healthcare in our region. We look forward to seeing this exciting redevelopment take shape over the coming years!

Thank you to all of the politicians and community leaders who came out to celebrate this important milestone alongside us. We were honoured to have representation from the municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government in attendance, all showing their support for seniors’ affordable housing in our community.

A heartfelt thank you as well to the residents, consultants, contractors, partners, and every team member whose hard work and dedication helped make this project a success. Seeing so many people come together to support this vision made the day incredibly special.
