The first phase of our newest Yellowknife project is officially underway! Over the past several weeks, our team has been busy transforming raw materials into fully assembled, installation-ready pipe assemblies that are now making their way north. Working from our manufacturing facility, the Lauden team cut, prepared, fitted, assembled, tested, labeled, and packaged each component to ensure efficient transportation and seamless deployment on site.
The photos above capture that process firsthand—from incoming raw pipe and materials to completed assemblies that have been wrapped, secured, and loaded for shipment. It's a behind-the-scenes look at how we manufacture critical project components long before they reach the job site.
By completing the assembly work in a controlled shop environment, we're able to deliver consistent quality, improve productivity, and reduce the amount of material handling and field fabrication required on site. Instead of moving and processing raw materials throughout the project, crews receive organized, installation-ready assemblies that can be put in place immediately, helping maintain project momentum and keep construction progressing efficiently.
As construction continues in Yellowknife, our manufacturing team will keep supplying completed assemblies to support ongoing field operations and ensure materials arrive when they're needed.
