🏡 A few weeks can make a big difference.

These two photos were taken just weeks apart as this senior-friendly rental continues to take shape.

One thing this project reminds us of is how important it is to support local businesses.

Because of the support we've received from our community, our crew gets to work close to home, our local subcontractors get to do what they do best, and at the end of the day we all get to go home to our families.

That's something we're incredibly grateful for.

A sincere thank you to everyone who has supported Red Point Developments—whether you've trusted us with a project, recommended us to someone else, or simply followed along with our journey. We also want to thank every subcontractor and supplier involved in this build. It takes a great team to create quality homes, and we're proud to work alongside so many skilled local people.

Supporting local doesn't just build homes—it helps build stronger communities.

🏡 Progress Update

There's a lot happening behind the walls this week as the electrical, plumbing and ventilation rough-ins come together.

While these systems will soon be hidden behind insulation and drywall, they're some of the most important parts of a quality-built home. Taking the time to plan and install everything properly now means better performance, greater reliability and fewer headaches in the years ahead.

We'd also like to extend a sincere thank you to all of our subcontractors. Every trade plays an important role, and it's the pride, skill and attention to detail they bring to each stage that helps make projects like this a success. We appreciate the hard work and professionalism each of you brings to the job.

Another milestone checked off, and we're looking forward to moving on to insulation and drywall in the coming weeks.

What's one thing you've always wondered about building a new home? Let us know in the comments—we'd be happy to answer.

What a transformation!

Looking back at where this home started makes it even more rewarding to see where it is today.

We'd like to extend a sincere thank you to the homeowner for trusting Red Point Developments with this renovation. It's a privilege to be trusted with someone's home, and we're proud to have helped bring her vision to life.

Seeing the finished result and knowing she'll enjoy this space for years to come is why we love what we do.

To everyone who continues to support our work by liking, commenting, sharing our posts, or recommending us to family and friends—thank you. Your support helps a local business continue doing what we love.

If you could renovate one room in your home, which would it be? Kitchen, bathroom, living room, or something else?

🏡 If you were building your forever home and could only choose ONE feature, what would it be?

Would you pick:

🍳 A big kitchen 🚗 An attached garage 🌿 A covered deck 🚿 An ensuite bathroom 👕 A walk-in closet 🥫 A walk-in pantry

You can only choose ONE!

Tell us your pick in the comments and why. We're curious to see what matters most to people in our community!

We’re looking for land! 🏡

After the response we’ve received to our current senior-friendly rental build, we’d like to build more!

Red Point Developments is looking for land in the Bonavista area suitable for smaller, single-level homes designed with seniors and retirees in mind.

Have a vacant lot, larger parcel, or property you might consider selling — even if it’s not currently listed?

Send us a private message.

Please share! The right property might be one we haven't heard about yet.
