Tried to get some footage of our lawn maintenance, but Bruno couldn’t help looking at the camera and smiling the whole time. Honestly, I’d rather our lawn team be this happy anyway 😄

You don’t need acres to build an oasis.

Part 1 got you through the gate. Part 2 is everything between the gate and the house.

Anyone can line a driveway with plants. We wanted the property to feel like it had always been shaped this way, so the berm gives the land some movement and the raised flower beds give it some height. By the time you reach the house, you’ve already slowed down.

These clients are outdoors people, and they entertain. That meant the outside had to work as hard as the inside, and we haven’t even gotten to the backyard gardens yet.

Most people don’t leave their lawn company over one bad cut.

It’s the slow stuff. The crew that comes Tuesday, then Thursday, then “sometime this week.” The edges that never quite get finished. The message you send twice to get an answer.

If your contract wraps up this month, now is the easiest time to switch. There’s no awkward mid-season break, just a clean start.

Most people plan a backyard for the daytime. Then the sun goes down and half of it disappears.

Lighting was part of this design from day one, not something added once the stone was already down. When it’s planned early, the fixtures sit exactly where they need to, and the light works with every surface instead of just sitting on top of it.

Just look at the gorgeous stairway we built down to the backyard. Usually they’re just a way to get from one level to the next. Here, the lighting and planting turn them into one of the best parts of the yard. Something you notice every evening, and something your guests notice the second they walk out.

That’s what happens when lighting blends with the hardscaping and landscaping instead of fighting it. Same home, but a completely different experience at night.

Some properties have potential. This one needed a team to turn it into a resort.

On a project this size, the front has to set the tone before anyone steps inside. Clean lines, natural stone, and Banas curbing that frames everything without competing with the house. Every detail was planned to feel effortless, which usually means a lot of effort went into it.

And this is only the front. Part 2 takes you out back, where we built a full resort in the heart of the city.
