When the Builder Hires Hourly rules are simple:-

•Rule No. 1:-
Your least-skilled apprentice is taking home the exact same hourly rate as your 15-year veteran lead hand. True team morale is built on everyone being equally confused about the payroll budget. 😂😂

• Rule No. 2:-
The guy who newly joined team and still doesn’t know what a chalk line is? He’s the Project Manager today. We believe in unlocking raw potential by letting them run a $2M site but supervised.😉

• Rule No. 3:-
Why do a task in twenty minutes when you can stretch it into a multi-phase, three-hour strategic evaluation? Or maybe whole day😂 We don’t rush art, especially when it’s billed by the hour.

• Rule No. 4:-
Moving the same stack of PAINT/TOOLS from the left side of the garage to the right side, and then back to the left. It’s not “wasting time”—it’s inventory optimization. 😂😂
