When it came time to repair the foundation of the two Guelph Daycare buildings (2 Ring Road South in Guelph, Ontario), in the Fall of 2017, KING RosenMix was selected because of its rapid-setting property, resistance to de-icing salts and excellent durability!

Built between 1865 and 1872, the Fort of Lévis is a significant part of the heritage of Quebec City. Work to rebuild the fort began in the Summer of 2017. King Packaged Materials Company was proud to work with the mason in charge of the project, Atwill-Morin. KING supplied MasonMix 600, a product from its diversified line of restoration mortars, and specially selected to provide a sustainable future for the fort. Le fort de Lévis fait partie du patrimoine de Québec, celui-ci fût construit entre 1865 et 1872. Des travaux visant la reconstruction du fort ont débutés au courant de l’été 2017. The Cambridge Gift Mill on Queen Street in Cambridge, Ontario, was fully repointed with HLM-350 Mortar (tinted to match the existing colour). The mason was able to match the original appearance and tooling of the mortar, very easily, due to the excellent workability of this product! Constructed in 1885 and located on Water Street in Cambridge, Ontario, the Old Galt Post Office is an iconic building that overlooks the Grand River. Between the Fall of 2016 and the Summer of 2017, this building was repointed with KING HLM-350 in both the Regular Series and the VC (Very Course) Series. These products allow the restoration to best match the original appearance of the mortar joints.

Construit en 1885 et situé sur Water Street à Cambridge, en Ontario, l’ancien bureau de poste de Galt est un bâtiment emblématique surplombant la rivière Grand. De l'automne 2016 à l'été 2017, le bâtiment a été rejoint avec le KING HLM-350 série régulière, ainsi qu’avec la série VC (granulométrie avec sable à gros grains). Grâce à cette méthode, il a été possible de faire correspondre les joints de mortier à l'aspect original du bâtiment.

The church, Église Notre Dame de Granby, was founded on May 24 of 1906, by Father Marcel Gill. In 2012, it became Granby's College. The hydraulic lime based mortars used for its restoration were of the same type as those used during original construction. The architect for this project was MDA (Quebec City and Montreal Office), and the contractor was Maçonnerie Desrosiers de L’Estrie. To restore the limestone, Reconstec 300 was used. Cette église fût fondée le 24 mai 1906 par L’abbé Marcel Gill, en 2012 elle deviendra le collège de Granby. Des mortiers à base de chaux hydrauliques ont été utilisés pour cette restauration. Pour la restauration des pierres de calcaires, le Reconstec 300 agencé à la couleur a été utilisées. KEIM Royalan Paint was used on all of the window sills and strips around the top of the Loretta Condos at 385 Brunswick Avenue in Toronto. This product gave the building and its owners the everlasting, bright white they were looking for. KEIM Mineral Paints will not fade, peel or flake, which means less maintenance for building owners!

La peinture Royalan de KEIM a été utilisée sur tous les appuis et contours de fenêtres afin de donner à ce bâtiment et à ses propriétaires le blanc immaculé qu'ils recherchaient. Les peintures minérales de KEIM ne se décoloreront pas et ne s'écailleront pas, ce qui signifie moins d'entretien pour les propriétaires de bâtiments!

College Jean-de-Brébeuf is a majestic, Neo-Renaissance style building, built in 1928. From 1958 to 2013, several Pavilions were added: Lalemant Pavilion, Coutu Pavilion, Vimont Pavilion, and a sports centre. Renovations were completed in order to allow for the integration of girls, since originally, this private college was only for boys. One of these pavilions needed repair work, which was completed by Atwill Morin Group in the Summer of 2017.

King Packaged Materials Company supplied regular and custom-made, coloured products for the repair of concrete lags with exposed aggregates (Reconstec 300 AC), for the repointing of existing bricks (MasonCare 300) and for the replacement of damaged bricks (KING 1-1- 6). The architect for this project was Cardin Ramirez Julien and the masonry consultant was Atwill-Morin.

Le Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf est un majestueux bâtiment de style Néo-Renaissance qui a été construit en 1928. De 1958 à 2013, plusieurs Pavillons y ont été ajoutés soit : le Pavillon Lalemant, Pavillon Coutu, Pavillon Vimont, en plus d’un centre sportif. D’autre part, certaines rénovations ont été effectuées afin de permettre l’intégration des filles puisqu’à l’origine ce collège n’était réservé qu’aux garçons. L’un de ces pavillons a nécessité des travaux de réfection, ceux-ci ont été effectués par le groupe Atwill Morin au cours de l’été 2017.

Matériaux King et Compagnie a fourni des produits régulier et colorés sur mesure pour la réfection des allèges en béton avec agrégats exposés (Reconstec 300 AC), pour le rejointoiement des briques existantes (MasonCare 300) et le remplacement de briques endommagées (KING 1-1-6). L'architecte était Cardin Ramirez Julien, et l'entrepreneur en maçonnerie était Atwill-Morin.

The beautiful, natural stone staircase at the Basilica of our Lady Immaculate, in Guelph, Ontario, was rebuilt with original stone, using KING HLM-500 in its natural colour. The contractor was very impressed with the consistency and the workability of the mortar. This enabled him to tool the joints and recreate the original appearance. The stairs were rehabilitated in the Spring of 2017.

Le magnifique escalier en pierre naturelle à la Basilique de Notre-Dame de l'Immaculée, à Guelph, Ontario, a été reconstruit avec la pierre originale en utilisant le KING HLM-500 de couleur naturelle. L'entrepreneur a été très impressionné par la consistance et la facilité d’utilisation de ce mortier. Cela lui a permis d’effectuer la finition des joints afin de recréer l'aspect original de cet escalier. Les escaliers ont été réhabilités au printemps 2017.
