Yesterday morning, Danny spoke with CJOB about the transformation happening at 235 Notre Dame Ave. Built in 1913 and sitting abandoned since 2008, this space has quietly held over a century of Winnipeg’s history.

A milestone moment.

88 Snow Street is no longer just a construction site, it’s becoming home.

Over the past few weeks, residents have begun moving in, marking the first multifamily project by Penfor to reach this stage of completion. While final details continue to take shape, the building is already coming to life, shifting from build to occupancy in real time.
What started as an expansion of our capabilities has quickly become a defining part of who we are.

In just a few short years, multifamily has grown from a new venture into a cornerstone of our work—now shaping skylines across the city.

88 Snow represents more than a finished building. It reflects the evolution of Penfor, our ability to adapt, to scale, and to deliver at a higher level across every sector we enter.
