Kinsip Our handcrafted spirits are produced entirely on site in small batches using a custom copper still. Our tasting room is in the historic Cooper-Norton house.

Our craft distillery is located on a beautiful 80 acre farm in Prince Edward County. This ornate second empire house was built in 1874 by a wealthy Hops grower, Bert Cooper, during the County’s Barley Days. The Hops barn next to the house remains intact with it’s drying floors and brick ovens.

We are pleased to host Rob Maurin as our musical act this weekend. Come by the distillery for a show and a cocktail!

Rob Maurin plays a surprising range of lively, powerful, and sometimes campy covers, from Bruno and Chappell to Queen and Whitney. Rob has played wineries, breweries, and distilleries throughout Toronto (Reid's, Great Lakes, Brunswick...) and Niagara (Domaine Queylus, Colaneri, Inniskillin...), and is happy to be making his County debut at Kinsip on October 3.

The Wink is an aromatic spirit, slightly sweeter than the more common London Dry gin style. This offering from Prince Edward County's Kinsip House of Fine Spirits is a striking pink, orange-hue due to its infusion with Ontario sumac. This cocktail-friendly gin is flavoured with local juniper, lavender and hops.

Dark Waters has risen from the depths!

We are happy to announce that our signature dark rum is back on the shelves.

Delicate honeysuckle blossom, citrus notes and tea leaves layered with creamy caramel/butterscotch overtones and vanilla on the nose. Taste is of orange marmalade mixed with coconut and vanilla. An ever present spice and long aftertaste of earthy wood and citrus spice infused with cigar and oak.

The chickens are ready to host. To answer your questions, yes they all have a name and yes we tuck th in at night!
