Sometimes you need to see it from above.

We’ve taken you inside, shared the exterior, and highlighted some of the details, now here’s a look at the full picture.

From this perspective, you can really see the scale and layout of this custom home and how its interconnected spaces, varied rooflines and outdoor areas all come together.

From an excavated foundation to this.

There’s something pretty special about looking back at where a project started and seeing the home that now stands in its place.

The details make the difference.

One of our favourite things about this custom build is how the materials work together.

Warm natural wood softens the dark metal detailing, while the shingle siding adds texture and character throughout the exterior. Even the more functional spaces, like this tucked-away outdoor shower, were given the same attention to detail.

It’s these smaller elements that bring personality to a custom home and make the finished design feel cohesive from every angle.

Thoughtfully built. Beautifully finished. Built to last.

From the ground up.

After sharing a look back at where this custom home began, it’s time to show you where it ended up.

The exterior brings together bold rooflines, contrasting siding, warm wood details and a mix of textures that give this home its own distinct character.

Designed and built to feel at home in its surroundings, while making a statement all its own.

There’s a lot to take in, over the next few posts, we’ll be sharing some of our favourite exterior details.

Throwback to where it all began.

Before the finished spaces, custom details, and beautiful interiors we’ve been sharing, there was this.

It’s pretty incredible to look back at the early stages of our featured custom build and see just how far it has come.

We’ve been taking you inside the finished home over the past few weeks, and next week we’re heading outside to share more of the completed exterior and how this build came together from the ground up.

From foundation to finished home, Coast Catalyst Construction is Building Your Legacy.

The full kitchen reveal.

We've shared a few glimpses, but these photos really show how this custom kitchen came together.

The warmth of the natural wood, the contrast of the dark cabinetry, the oversized island and those black pendant lights all work together to create a space that feels modern without losing the warmth we wanted throughout this home.

And one of our favourite things about it is how connected it feels. From the kitchen, right through to the great room and those incredible views, each space was designed as part of the whole.

There are a lot of hands behind a custom home like this, and we'll be sharing more of the trades and craftsmanship behind it in another post.

A closer look at the kitchen we promised…

This custom kitchen is all about the contrast. Warm natural wood cabinetry paired with deep lowers, crisp white tile, black accents and stainless finishes.

Seeing all of these pieces finally come together is one of our favourite parts of a custom build. What started as plans, selections and a whole lot of decisions is now the heart of this home.

And while we're sharing a little more today, we're saving the full kitchen reveal for next week!
