Residents of Big River, in your most recent water bill you should have received a letter regarding Back-Flow prevention devices.

ALL houses in the town of Big River must install, repair or replace their back-flow preventions devices. Failure to make sure installation and maintain shall relieve the Town of all liability for damage due to back up of sewage. - See photo below for full explanation.
