Did you know our hardworking owner, Brian, works a full time job on top of sealing 100+ driveways each summer?! It makes for a busy spring/summer season, but you never hear him complain. He has goals and he chases them… and we are so proud of him!

That being said, we are officially closed for business for the week while we take a much-deserved break as a family ♥️ We will not be answering any inquiries during this time, but will get back to you upon our return.

This Father’s Day weekend we are taking some time to honour these two Dad’s who are the foundation of MacLeod’s 🏘️

♥️ My dad, Scott, who trusted us to take this business over & has been cheering us on every step of the way. We sure won the Dad/Father-in-Law/Papa lottery.

♥️ And Brian, who is the hardest working man we know. He has grown our little family business beyond what we could have ever imagined & is teaching our children the value of hard work ethic every single day. He does it all while also being an amazing, engaged father. We are so thankful.

We hope you all get a chance to celebrate the Dad’s in your life this weekend!

We often see competitors - many from out of province - or DIYers wanting to get a head start on their spring chores by seal coating their driveway early.

❓Did you know it is not recommended to seal before temperatures are consistently around 15 degrees celsius? We at MacLeod’s want to ensure quality of our work and that your investment in maintaining your asphalt is worthwhile, so we do not risk spraying in low temps.

We have been busy providing quotes for the 2023 season… and watching the forecast diligently with hopes of checking some driveways off that growing list 🫣

We needed the rain, we got the rain. Now we - and our tradespeople & farming friends who rely on sunny weather to do their jobs - are hoping for a more balanced forecast 🌤
