Now THAT’s community impact! 👏💛

This past weekend marked our 6th year supporting the Quinte Trash Bash by donating disposal bins around the Quinte region.

Together, look what we achieved: 12.7 metric tonnes (that’s 27,940 LBS 😲) of garbage cleared from our streets, trails, and forests!

Today is all about taking care of our planet - and even the smallest heroes can make a BIG difference! 💚

🗑️ And for everything else ... we've got the bin!

Here's a cool fact: even when waste goes to the landfill, many sites here in Ontario capture landfill gas and turn it into renewable energy to help power our communities! ⚡️🌱

Come join our team! We are looking for a punctual, reliable, trustworthy candidate.

Qualifications:

- Must possess valid DZ Drivers License & clean abstract
- Minimum 1 year truck driving experience, must have experience driving an 18 speed (standard)
- Roll off experience an asset
- Must demonstrate an ability to maneuver truck & bins in tight spaces, residential driveways
- Be courteous to customers & general public

Job Duties:

- Perform daily vehicle inspections, pre & post trip - report issues if required.
- Maintain consistant log book
- Drive roll-off truck to various locations as outlined by route manager, drop-off, pick-up, switch out containers
- Tarping & Transporting containers to proper transfer stations - at times compacting items for proper transportation may be required
- Customer satisfaction through reliable service eg: efficiency of delivery or bin service, proper bin placement & driveway protection, relock/reclose bins, clean up debris that may fall out on pick up
- Communicate with office as required
-Safely operate the roll-off truck to company & industry standards
- Routine Truck maintenance as required eg: greasing rails, top up fluids, etc
- Respectful interaction with homeowners, general contractors & colleagues.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7am start
Winter Hours can fluctuate.
