Our masons did a fantastic job completing this small parging job,
black pigment (dye) was used in the cement mixture to ensure we could meet our customers request in colour!

We strive to ensure client satisfaction!

Stone veneer on both sides of stair case was cracking and falling off to the point our Masons removed 80% by hand, if proper lath was installed correctly this could of been avoided.
Our crew performed the following on the front stairs case:
✅ Removed Stone veneer both sides.
✅ Grinded out and repaired cracks & holes with filler & fiberated mesh before parging.
✅ Black pigment dye used in cement mixture.
✅ Bonding agent glue applied.
✅ Rough coat parged.
✅ Final good coat parged.
✅ Weather sealant applied 48hrs after completing project.

All paint was carefully removed using proper dust collective tools to ensure lead in the paint was not airborne, before we could start parging we had to remove all paint!
Do not parge over paint.

We have completed another foundation waterproofing job for some amazing great customers in Bayside Ontario!
We are more then happy & pleased to help ensure your home will stay dry from water pe*******on for many year's to come!
On this particular foundation job our Masons performed the following:
- ✅ two foundation walls excavated to the footings.
- ✅ walls parged with cement.
- ✅ fiberated foundation tar applied to foundation walls.
- ✅ blue skin wrap on foundation walls & down past foundation footings to ensure water tight seal.
- ✅ dimple wrap installed, 1 wall on a gradient slope to match existing lawn grading down hill.
- ✅ Big o weeping tile drainage system with sock installed.
- ✅ 3 quarter inch stone under and above Big O weeping tile drainage system.
- ✅ Back fill with proper grading away from foundation walls, top soil and grass seed spread around.

Beautiful day for Crew #2 to start another full Restoration overhaul on a heritage home in Belleville Ontario.
-Our scope of work includes the following:
-grind around entire house & re-tuck point using the proper lime mortar.
-Brick replacement.
-Window flashing & caulking.
-Paint removal on two walls.
-Foundation stone tuck-pointing.
