A custom home takes a team of specialists working together behind the scenes.

For the Horizon Home, we're coordinating with five key consultants: the architect, structural engineer, landscape architect, interior designer, and energy consultant.

Each brings specialized expertise to help ensure the home is thoughtfully designed, structurally sound, energy-efficient, and connected to its beautiful coastal setting.

Great homes are built through great collaboration.

With the foundation complete and framing underway, we're beginning to see the vision come to life on this beautiful coastal property.

Every stage brings us one step closer to a home designed around its surroundings and the people who will call it home.

Some views remind you to slow down, take a breath, and enjoy the moment. 🌊

This Thanksgiving, we're grateful for the places that bring us peace, the people we share them with, and the moments that make a house feel like home.

Wishing you and your family a relaxing and happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Habermehl Contracting. 🍂

Some properties have a way of making you slow down. 🌊

A sneak peak at a full transformation project we are finishing up.

Surrounded by the calm of the lake and the beauty of nature, this renovation is about more than transforming a home. It’s about making the most of a setting that already feels like a retreat.

Thoughtful design. Natural surroundings. A place to truly unwind.

On her way home from work, our Project Manager Anna spotted an unexpected visitor along the Halifax waterfront. 🦈🌊

A 30-foot basking shark, just cruising along the shore.

And apparently, Anna isn’t afraid of sharks… so if you’re looking to build a waterfront home, you know who to call. 😂
