🌊 Seaweed... as insulation?

On this oceanfront custom home, we're preserving the natural rock formations, mature trees, and even an apple tree as part of the landscape design.

Because the best homes don't fight the landscape—they belong in it.

Building on a coastal property isn't always straightforward—but that's what makes every custom home unique.

For this project, the goal wasn't to force the landscape to fit the design. It was to design and build with the landscape. Working closely with the structural engineer and landscape architect, we developed a custom-engineered foundation anchored directly into the bedrock while preserving the property's natural rock formations and a mature apple tree that has been part of the site for years.

Every challenge is an opportunity to build smarter, protect what matters, and create a home that truly belongs in its surroundings.

This is just one chapter of the journey.
