Another commercial rough-In complete. Working with XFR PVC can be difficult fighting with fittings onto the pipe. As manufacturer spec. the key is to cut pipe square with tube cutters and bevel the ends. Pipe fits in with ease allowing you to get full rotation once cement is applied and also doesn’t force all the cement out of the fitting like when edge of pipe is not beveled potentially causing leaks.

Suite turn overs. Tenant moves out, suite renovation and new tenant moves in. Building shut downs to replace suite isolation valves can be stressful. Water must be back on at a certain time or you get aggravated tenants throughout the building. But with organization and communication Eagle Eye Mechanical gets the job down in a timely manner. Bath tub surround kit install. Installing these can be tricky to get the best finish. Always make sure to use an adhesive on the back side against rough stud to prevent flimsiness with the walls once finished and always silicone your seams.
