D. Ray Construction Ltd. is looking for someone with an NCSO certified through the ACSA or a CTSP certified through the AMTA. You will be working Monday to Friday 8am – 5 pm, out of the Main office located in Beaverlodge Alberta. We have a fleet of tractor trailers that haul sand and gravel working with Oil and Gas companies located within the Grande Prairie Area. Some of your roles and requirements are listed below:
1. Coordinate, understand and maintain the company’s Health & Safety manual and relevant Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations and Code.
2. Keep Complyworks & ISN up to date, tracking Employees and subcontractor’s orientations and training certifications.
3. To provide safety leadership by setting a good example for workers.
4. To maintain overall control and monitoring of the Safety Program including working with the Shop Manager to ensure the Preventative maintenance program is kept up to date.
5. Track and file all maintenance work orders, daily equipment inspections, hazard assessments and CVIP inspections.
6. To ensure all employees complete D. Ray Construction Ltd. employees, subcontractors, visitors, and suppliers orientations before their first day of work.
7. Conduct monthly inspections and safety meetings.
8. To ensure that proper personal protective equipment and safety supplies are available.
