Just wrapping up this incredible pool house project!

Designed to be the ultimate year-round oasis. You can escape the cold winters while taking in the snowy views through the massive glass garage doors, then roll them right up in the summer to bring the outside in.

Some of the standout details from this build:

The Structure: Custom dark-stained timber trusses paired with a bright white tongue-and-groove vaulted ceiling and skylights.

The Spa Zone: A custom-built, two-tier cedar dry sauna to thaw out, right next to a gorgeous steam room featuring glossy white subway tile and stone benches.

The Vibe: Industrial touches like the exposed white ductwork and matte black gooseneck sconces perfectly balance the natural wood tones.

From the framing to the final finishing work, watching this space come together was incredibly rewarding.

We love how this living room turned out. Part of a larger kitchen remodel, this phase was all about improving the flow. We removed obstructive pillars and arches at the entrance to let the light flood in.

The star of the show, however, is the new fireplace setup. We gave it a grander scale by building out the surround with this gorgeous texture and added a sleek custom mantle to tie the room’s warm tones together.

It’s amazing what removing a few walls and upgrading a focal point can do for a home.

As part of this full house, we expanded the stairwell to the front entrance from a narrow stairway to a full width stair.

We also modified/removed the windows around their existing fireplace to allow for floor-to-ceiling stone work and a new custom wood mantel.
