Here are a couple of sewage pumps I pulled over the last few weeks that have been plugged with either feminine hygiene products or hair. One of the pumps had to be replaced, but the other was saved

The key to helping there's pumps last for a while is preventive maintenance and not flushing certain items

The weather wasn't ideal today to do an outside sewer replacement. Don't let the sun fool you it was chily, but the customer was ready, and we got it done and backfilled in no time, so they won't have any more sewer backups

A little while ago, I had a customer with an odd blockage that was able to be cleared and inspected with the camera

This customer had a drain that would not unclog. Unfortunately, I had to cut into the wall and the pipe to figure out what was going on

And found that the drain had frozen shut. But after some time, I did get it going for her
