If your šŸ„¬ is starting to look a bit cone-shaped like mine in this heat, itā€™s time to harvest it, because itā€™s about to BOLT! Just take the whole head, and put it in your fridge. Once it bolts, and sends out a stalk with flowers, the leaves will be tough and bitter, not nearly as nice to eat.
