Board Member Spotlight 🎉
Jacqui Collier brings over two decades of experience in the residential construction industry and is Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Brookland Homes. Jacqui has dedicated her life’s work towards uplifting and empowering others and is distinguished not only by her career achievements in the private sector but also as a strong advocate and leader with some of Kingston’s most prominent charitable sector organizations including; Senate Member with the Princess of Wales’ Own Regiment (PWOR), Chair of the Boys & Girls Club (BGC South East), Chair of Habitat for Humanity Kingston Limestone Region, Director with the Great Lakes Museum, Past Chair and current Vice Chair of the City of Kingston’s Housing and Homelessness Advisory Committee, Committee Member with the Governance and Policy Committee of the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF), and Past President and current Builder Director with our own Kingston Home Builders Association (KHBA). Jacqui is also a Director on the Board with EnerQuality Corporation.
Jacqui is a recipient of the King Chales III Coronation Medal, as well as a recipient of the Kingston Economic Development Corporation (KEDCO) inaugural 40 under 40 awards in 2023, and winner of the 2018 Builder Achievement Award for the province of Ontario and ENERGY STAR Champion award for the province of Ontario in 2017 through EnerQuality Corporation.
She hosts a weekly news segment on Global News Kingston titled Welcome Home with Jacqui, and has been profiled in numerous media, which she embraces as an opportunity for highlighting the advancement of women in leadership roles.
Jacqui is passionate about our city and history and puts serving her community at the forefront of her priorities. You can catch her attending many local events and fundraisers with her two young daughters by her side, she never misses an opportunity to get the whole family involved.
