It’s hard to believe how fast time flies, 9 1/2 years ago we started Chance Built. I’ve recently been presented with an opportunity that I feel can’t be passed up on. This was a very difficult decision that was not made lightly, so moving forward Chance Built will temporarily shutdown operations effective immediately. I apologize if this has caused any inconvenience to anyone.
This journey has been nothing but exhilarating. Thank you for the support. I truly am grateful the experiences and the people I’ve met, and the friendships that have been made.

1st of 2 bathrooms to be renovated at this residence this year. Just a little remodel of this bathroom, the existing shower was small, cramped, dark and very dated. Now it seems more modern and roomy. Thanks to Makepeace Plumbing and Heating for handling the plumbing.
