No shortage of challenges with this project but everything came together great! some aspects of this build we love are the 10' tall ceilings and 8' tall interior doors. All of the custom tile/ woodworking elements and of the course the beautiful covered front porch overlooking Bark Lake 💦

Another small job completed this year. Re insulated this porch roof with 12” of blown in cellulose insulation. Properly vented with rafter mates and max-vent on the roof. Roof sheathing needed to be replaced as well. Lifetime warranty shingles were installed on top of ice and water shield

A small deck project from a few weeks back! Covered over existing cement step that was starting to flake. And added 6’x8’ platform sitting area! Also hung a new screen door
