Jesus IS King! Merry Christmas, 🤗❤️✝️
DAY 25 – Not Just Surviving: Thriving in the Fire Prayer
1. SOLI DEO GLORIA — GLORY TO GOD ALONE
Father,
You are YAHWEH — the Eternal, self-existent One.
You are ABBA — my Father, near and attentive.
You are ELOHIM — Creator, Mighty God.
You are ADONAI — Lord and Master over all.
You are the ALPHA AND THE OMEGA — the Beginning and the End.
You are EL SHADDAI — Almighty God, more than sufficient.
You are JEHOVAH NISSI — the LORD my Banner.
You are JEHOVAH TSURI — the LORD my Rock.
You are JEHOVAH TSIDKENU — the LORD my Righteousness.
You are JEHOVAH SHALOM — the LORD my Peace.
You are JEHOVAH JIREH — the LORD who provides.
You are JEHOVAH RAPHA — the LORD who heals and restores.
You are the LORD OF SPIRITS — Sovereign over all spirits, over angels who obey You, over angels who rebelled against You; over the spirits of the righteous who belong to You, and over the spirits of the wicked who are reserved for judgment.

2. MY GRATITUDE
THANK YOU for my family.
THANK YOU for my daughter.
THANK YOU for my animals.
THANK YOU for my healing.
THANK YOU for ALL You give.
THANK YOU for ALL You take.
THANK YOU for ALL the tests.
THANK YOU for ALL the rewards.
THANK YOU for Your Son Jesus, who triumphed through suffering, not by avoiding it.
THANK YOU for Your Holy Spirit Mother, who walks with me in the fire and in the famine.
THANK YOU for training, equipping, and enabling me not just to hold on, but to bear fruit in the middle of war.
THANK YOU for Your Word that shows Joseph, Daniel, Esther, Maccabees, and others, thriving in enemy territory.
THANK YOU for MY LIFE and for every “setback” You’ve secretly turned into a setup.
THANK YOU FOR WHO YOUR SON JESUS IS.
THANK YOU FOR WHO YOUR RUACH HOLY SPIRIT IS.
THANK YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE, FATHER.
Over all this I say: Your will be done Father, not mine. In what “thriving” looks like, and when it comes—Your will, not mine.
⸻
3. MY CONFESSION & CLEANSING
Father, I confess how I think about hardship.
I confess only wanting comfort and ease, not transformation.
I confess calling myself a victim when You are making me a warrior.
I confess resenting You when things get harder instead of easier.
I confess measuring “thriving” only by money, success, or visible progress.
I confess collapsing into self-pity and despair when setbacks hit.
I confess envying the lives of those who seem to have it easier.
Wash me, Father.
Search my heart and expose entitlement, unbelief, and fear.
Cleanse me, from agreeing with the enemy that “I’m stuck” and “this is pointless.”
Give me a clean heart, that can say “Thank You” even when I don’t yet see the upside.
⸻
4. MY FORGIVENESS & RELEASE
Father, I choose to forgive in the area of disappointment and survival mode.
I forgive those who put me in situations that seemed designed to break me.
I forgive systems—government, legal, religious—that have pressed me down and drained me.
I forgive my ex and her family for choices that pushed me into survival financially and emotionally.
I forgive people who told me nothing good could come from my mess.
I forgive myself for giving up in seasons when You were still working.
I release them all to You.
Break inner vows like “I just need to survive,” “Good things don’t last,” “I’ll always be behind.”
Write over me: planted remnant, not permanent victim.
⸻
5. MY OBEDIENCE
Jesus, I CHOOSE to abide in You in the middle of the storm, not just after it.
Show me one area where You want me to stop just “hanging on” and start planting seeds.
Show me one obedience step that fits thriving—not in denial, but in faith.
Your will be done Father, not mine, in what you grow out of this season.
⸻
6. MY PETITION PART 1
Father, build thriving from the inside out.
Break the survival mindset that only asks “How do I get through today?”
Break hopelessness that says “What’s the point of trying?”
Heal the parts of me that have accepted “stuck” as my identity.
Teach me to sow in famine—time, prayer, encouragement, generosity—without fear.
Give me a sound mind that can hold long-term hope while living in short-term hardship.
Show me how to see myself as planted, not abandoned.
Do this deeply Lord. Your will be done, not mine, in how You stretch and strengthen me.
⸻
7. MY PETITION PART 2
Father, let thriving touch my relationships and calling.
Let my parents and brothers see a steady, growing man—not just a survivor.
Prepare me to be a husband who doesn’t just survive marriage but helps it flourish.
Prepare me to be a father to my daughter who models resilience and joy in You.
Use me so that Ryan, Hannah, and others find hope for their stories through mine.
Cause SDG MINISTRIES to thrive—not by hype, but by deep-rooted truth, training, and fruit.
Provide the resources I need to move from constant crisis-mode into generous living.
Over all this I say: Your will be done Father, not mine.
If thriving includes suffering and sacrifice, I accept that as part of real growth.
⸻
8. MY BATTLE SCRIPTURES
Focus: Thriving in trouble, setbacks as setups, fruit in famine
⸻
Jeremiah 17:7–8
7 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.
8 They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”
Prayer:
Lord, make me like the tree planted by water, not fearing heat, still green in drought, never ceasing to bear fruit. Show me that thriving is possible even when circumstances are dry.
⸻
Genesis 50:20
20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
Prayer:
Father, like Joseph said, “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good.” Teach me to trust that You can turn evil schemes into salvation stories.
⸻
Romans 5:3–5
3 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance;
4 perseverance, character; and character, hope.
5 And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
Prayer:
God, Your Word says suffering produces endurance, character, and hope that doesn’t put us to shame. Let this process be real in me—not just theory.
⸻
James 1:2–4
Trials and Temptations
2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,
3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to count it all joy when I meet trials, and to not complain or grumble, knowing they produce steadfastness, so I become mature, lacking nothing.
⸻
Wisdom of Solomon 3:5–6
5 Having been disciplined a little, they will receive great good,because God tested them and found them worthy of himself;
6 like gold in the furnace he tried them, and like a sacrificial burnt offering he accepted them.
Prayer:
Father, Wisdom says You test the righteous like gold in the furnace, and accept them as a whole burnt offering. Let my trials refine me, not destroy me.
⸻
4 Maccabees 17:9–15
9 “Here lie buried an aged priest and an aged woman and seven sons, because of the violence of the tyrant who wished to destroy the way of life of the Hebrews.
10 They vindicated their nation, looking to God and enduring torture even to death.”
11 Truly the contest in which they were engaged was divine,
12 for on that day virtue gave the awards and tested them for their endurance. The prize was immortality in endless life.
13 Elea′zar was the first contestant, the mother of the seven sons entered the competition, and the brothers contended.
14 The tyrant was the antagonist, and the world and the human race were the spectators.
15 Reverence for God was victor and gave the crown to its own athletes.
Prayer:
Lord, the martyrs in 4 Maccabees turned torture into a triumph that strengthened the nation. Teach me that “thriving” can look like faithfulness under pressure, not just outward success.
⸻
9. BE STILL
Holy Spirit Mother, I pause and listen.
Show me one area where I’ve accepted “survival only” that You want to upgrade to “thriving.”
Show me one small, concrete action that expresses faith in future fruit.
Alert me as my guide and counsellor, when I start slipping into hopeless self-talk.
⸻
10. MY IDENTITY
I am resilient, hopeful, disciplined, focused, strong, courageous, creative, resourceful, equipped, empowered, victorious, with a sound mind, and a healthy body in Christ.
I am an overcomer IN Christ!
I am prepared to live this day for You Father, in Spiritual VICTORY!
I am not just surviving; I am thriving IN Christ!
I am planted by streams of water IN Christ!

I live with expectancy of great things, IN Christ!
Blessings ARE chasing me down IN Christ!

I AM IN CHRIST, AND HE IS IN ME!!
⸻
11. MY ARMOUR
Your WARRIOR prepares to thrive-in-battle TODAY, Father.
I PUT ON my garment of praise—choosing to worship before anything changes.
I GIRD MYSELF with the Belt of Truth—remind me that You are working all things together for my good.
I PUT ON the Breastplate of Righteousness—guard my heart from despair and bitterness.
I SHOD MY FEET with the Shoes of the Gospel of Peace—let me walk steadily, not shuffle like a defeated man.
I LIFT UP the Shield of Faith—to extinguish darts like “You’re stuck,” “Nothing will ever improve,” “You’ve wasted your life.”
I PUT ON the Helmet of Salvation—protect my mind with the promise that my story ends in resurrection, not ruin.
I TAKE UP the Sword of the Spirit—give me verses to speak over the places that look dead.
By faith,
YOUR WARRIOR HAS PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD.
⸻
12. MY DECLARATION
I DECLARE I will not just survive, I WILL THRIVE. I will prosper despite every difficulty that may come my way. I know every setback is a setup for a comeback. I will not get stagnant, give up on my dreams, or settle where I am. I know one touch of God’s favor can change everything. I’m ready for a year of blessings and a year of thriving. This is my declaration.
Father, define “prosper,” “comeback,” and “thriving” according to Your will, not the world’s standards.
⸻
13. MY WAR-CRY
As my feet hit the ground today, let hell hear this:
I AM NOT JUST CLINGING TO LIFE—I AM PLANTED TO BEAR FRUIT.
Let every spirit that counted on my exhaustion see new strength rising.
Let every demon that hoped I’d settle for survival see me sowing, planning, and praising.
Let them know that this “wilderness” is becoming training ground, not a grave.
JUDGMENT IS COMING.
UNLEASH ME, FATHER, as a warrior who thrives in enemy territory by Your power.
In every apparent setback and every hidden setup, Your will be done, not mine.
In the Name of JESUS, the True Vine,
AMEN, AMEN.
