Could it look even better? Absolutely. But the homeowner chose no w**d control or lawn treatments—just regular maintenance. This is what consistency alone can do.

One month later... 🌱

It's hard to believe this is the same lawn.

Despite weeks of intense heat, high humidity, and doing everything possible to keep new seed alive, the renovation has come a long way. There's still some filling in to do, but the transformation after just 30 days has been worth every bit of the effort.

This is a good reminder that lawn renovations don't have to be perfect—they just need consistency, patience, and the right care.
