Another custom project in the books ✔️
We recently helped a local gym complete small custom shower partitions, designed and built to fit the space perfectly while standing up to daily commercial use. Clean lines, durable materials, and a functional layout—exactly what a high-traffic facility needs.
While many people know us for residential work, projects like this are a great reminder that we also take on commercial construction and custom fabrication. From gyms and offices to retail and multi-unit buildings, we bring the same attention to detail to every job.
If your commercial space needs upgrades, repairs, or custom solutions, we’ve got you covered.

🚨 Insurance Claim – Structural Deck Failure Rebuild 🚨
This deck suffered complete structural failure due to long-term water intrusion and poor water management. Moisture compromised critical framing and supports, eventually leading to collapse and a serious safety risk.
👉 Before:
• Hidden rot caused by trapped moisture
• Structurally compromised framing
• Unsafe and unsalvageable conditions
👉 After:
• Full structural demolition and rebuild
• Proper drainage and moisture management
• Code-compliant framing and connections
• Restored safety and structural integrity
Failures like this are often covered under insurance when caused by concealed damage and sudden structural collapse. Proper documentation and professional reconstruction are key to a successful claim.
We work directly with homeowners to:
✔ Document structural damage
✔ Provide clear scope-of-work reports
✔ Rebuild to current building code standards
If you’re dealing with storm damage, water-related failure, or a collapsed deck, don’t delay.
