Total new layout for my client. Take out load bearing wall to add more sqft to kitchen. Remove stucco ceilings, new premium vinyl flooring. Paint all main floor with new trim. Complete new electrical with pot lights throughout. Ikea cabinets with quartz counters.
Want to thank my sub contractors AA electrical and Countertops by Design for making my job easier and getting done in a timely matter. It's great to have clients that appreciate your hard work and in turn enjoy the renovation experience.

Have not posted much lately as Borrowedtime Contracting was busy with a 4 month renovation project.
A few delays with product deliveries but persevered got my clients finished just in time for Christmas.
Only exterior photos for now.

My clients appreciated us working in the rain to complete their front porch.
Composite decking with Regal aluminum railing and something a little different for skirting -- ledger stone vinyl stack to match existing stone staircase.

Pleased to have completed this sharp bathroom.By all means not an easy install.Custom body jets,24"×24" floor tiles,heated floor,and yes a electrical toilet that lights up and cleans you bum😁😂🤗
