I Do property maintenance in the Simcoe County area. I offer contract or per job. Contract includes gardening, lawn cutting and lawn care( Raking, garbage cleanup) for a monthly payment. Per Job, is whatever the job in-tales (ex. tree removal,sod, 1 time cleanup, etc) for a one time payment.
