Calcium or lime build-up on your shower doors? Instead of using harsh chemicals that end up damaging the environment, try a more natural vinegar-based approach (see recipe below).
Ingredients
½ cup White vinegar
½ cup Original Dawn
Spray bottle
Directions
Microwave the vinegar in a heat-safe container until hot. Pour into the spray bottle and add the Dawn. Put the cap on the bottle and shake very gently until mixed. Spray liberally on your shower doors and let sit for 20-30 mins. Wipe it off with a clean sponge and some warm water.
Note: This mixture is suitable for all bathroom surfaces but do not let it sit for 20-30 mins as it will start to eat away at the grout between your tiles (and possible dye it blue).
