💧 BASEMENT WINDOW WATERPROOFING — DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

We recently investigated a client’s basement window leak. Initially, we thought there might be a crack on the interior, but after properly investigating the issue, we discovered the real problem was on the outside.
Once we excavated the area, we found the drain was packed with dirt instead of gravel, causing water to collect in the window well. With nowhere to drain properly, the water was building up against the window, essentially turning the window well into a fishbowl — and eventually finding its way inside. 🌊
So, we’re going the extra mile to make it right. 👊

✅ Applying new exterior waterproofing
✅ Installing a brand-new drain
✅ Replacing the drainage gravel
✅ Installing a new window well
