Morning everyone. This beautiful woman is my nanny. I am so grateful I got to spend the day with her. Some how she was able to muster up the energy to spend the day laughing and crying with me. We found out last week her poor old body is riddled with cancer:( Seeing her in pain is awful. It broke my heart. Cancer is awful. It Has taken way too many good people from us. I need to be thankful for the memories i had with her. Sometimes it’s very hard to stay positive. Especially when you know you can’t help. All I can do is pray that her pain is only temporary and can be managed with medicine. I wish we found a cure. Love you nan xo

I was having breakfast with a good friend of mine the other day. We were reminiscing about the first time we started our own businesses. How terrifying it was. How the feeling of risk always battled the sight of success. In the end how grateful we were to stick it out. Learn from the mistakes, invite the challenges and cherish the results.

My message to you friends, if you have a dream or goal in this life please please please just go for it. Vision it, write it out, make a plan and do it. The only thing that you’ll regret is if you don’t try it. We got this!!!

Proud. Just a proud papa. As the coach of the team I am just so impressed how all the girls came together and literally dominated the opposition until we got the gold medal 🥇. As a dad however, it was an emotional moment for me. My beautiful , smart, funny, caring teenager getting to share this special moment with me. Team sports are so important for youth. It teaches commitment, punctuality, inclusion, positivity and drive. You meet friends for life. So to all of you that I have coached and played with, I want to say a huge thank you 🙏:)

Photographs can give you such emotion. Such as joy, gratefulness, pride, proudness and so on. Memories are heightened to the point where I can remember the song I was playing that day. The smell of our lunch being cooked by mama bear in the kitchen and those eyes looking at me in complete love. I honestly couldn’t love my family any more then I do. These past couple of weeks I’ve been really missing our lost family members in this past year. Lance (my step dad) just remembering that loud laugh of his. Man we need to cherish the time we have on this earth with the ones we love. ❤️🙏🥰

I know so many people with so many different views on how to do things, what’s safe and what’s not, who to trust and not to and what is risky and what isn’t. None of them are wrong. It’s their opinion. They are entitled to one. As are you. There is nothing wrong with taking someone advice. It doesn’t make you weak or indecisive. The one thing I ask tho, is to follow your gut. If it doesn’t feel right then just don’t. People have done incredible things just going out on a limb. Not having a clue what might happen but visualized the result and succeeded. If you have a dream or want a change in life then just do it. Go for it. You will be so proud you did. We got this!!🙌🏻

You can’t really go wrong with this approach right? Being a caring, kind and humble person not only leaves an incredible impression on people who come in contact with you but it’s also very contagious. I’m not saying be fake. Most of us can spot that a mile away. I’m saying be grateful, respectful and honest and all of that positive energy will show your caring, kind and humble ways. Remember, where focus goes, energy flows. So stay positive and you’ll attract the same:). Have a great day! We got this🙌🏻

He’s a good big brother:). For an old boy, Bosco tolerates my youngest riding him like a horse and now this kinda mouse kinda dog thing we have always wanting to play with him. Lol. Bosco is the most gentle giant we know. My girls absolutely adore him. I love him too. Minus the slobber and hair and multiple pulled groins from slipping on his spit🙄. We love you big guy. ❤️
