Same soapstone, two very different looks.

The left side of this sample is untreated, with a soft, muted grey. The right side has been finished with soapstone wax, which deepens the colour and brings out the rich green and the natural veining in the stone.

A little wax is a simple way to keep soapstone looking its best, and it's entirely up to you how dark you'd like it to go.

Here, one of our team members runs the leathering machine in-house. The process softens the surface and brings out gentle texture, giving the stone a finish that feels as good as it looks.
