We have sump pumps at the ready.
Keeping a rotating stock of 10 sump pumps at the ready, because emergencies never happen at a good time.

We like to start our weekends early, with some fresh air and a coffee, and the warm crackling of our neighbors tree on fire. No photos, as there were more pressing matters to deal with, but here's a photo of my own branch-on-wire situation. ( Don't panic - we had our people call their people)

Shoutout to the friends & strangers that leave us random ducks!

They all end up on display in the shop, and some even manage to sneak into the house...

Stay Ducky out there folks 🤙🦆

Absolutely terrible customer. Demanded I fix this on my day off, made me empty the entire mechanical room full of storage, and when all was said and done, she said she wouldn't even pay me since its "our house"!

Pfft.

Anyways, luckily we noticed it quickly, ripped a wall out and fixed the pipe. Looks like we're into some renovations a little sooner than expected 🙊

Ps. Big shoutout to Miss Ducky for the quick response & help with the cleanup 😘

Stay Ducky out there folks 🤙🦆
