Another beautiful dock completed using pressure-treated lumber!

Our clients on Walton Dr. spared no expense when it came to creating the ultimate backyard entertainment space.

This project included aluminum railings, privacy fence sections for added seclusion, and integrated deck and landscape lighting to bring the space to life both day and night.

We started by removing a portion of the existing deck, reinforcing the remaining structure, and building a new layout that seamlessly connects every area of the backyard. Custom stairs were constructed the lead to a lower level, that surrounds thier pool, along with additional steps to access an existing interlock patio. We also incorporated a convenient access hatch, making it easy to service the side of the hot tub without compromising the finished look.

The result is a functional, durable, and beautiful outdoor living space that will be enjoyed for years to come.

Another beautiful waterfront project completed on Cook's Bay Drive.

For this dock, the homeowners chose composite decking—a premium option that comes with a higher upfront cost but delivers exceptional long-term value.

Unlike traditional wood, composite deck boards won't rot, splinter, or require regular staining and sealing. They're highly resistant to moisture, UV exposure, and the harsh conditions that come with life on the water. The result is a cleaner-looking dock that requires less maintenance and stays looking great for years to come.

When it comes to waterfront construction, investing in quality materials can make all the difference. This new composite dock will provide a durable, low-maintenance space for boating, relaxing, and enjoying the lake for many seasons ahead.

This marina project in Keswick got underway while the lake was still frozen solid enough to walk on.

From snow and ice to heavy rain and rising water levels, the weather threw just about everything at us. Despite the challenging conditions, our team stayed on schedule and successfully completed the project before the start of boating season.

Projects like this require careful planning, adaptability, and a commitment to getting the job done right—regardless of what Mother Nature has in store.

One of our final major projects before the winter of 2025 was this beautiful cottage kitchen renovation on Tomahawk Island.

Our clients from the U.S. had been making do with a kitchen that was outdated, inefficient, and simply didn't meet their needs while enjoying time at the cottage. To create a more functional and inviting space, we removed an existing closet and opened up the layout, giving us additional room to work with and improving the overall flow of the area.

Before installing a custom IKEA kitchen, we leveled the floors and installed new laminate flooring throughout the cottage, creating a solid foundation and a seamless look. The stunning blue cabinetry was carefully chosen to complement the cottage's siding and interior doors, tying the entire space together beautifully.

The result is a bright, functional, and welcoming kitchen that makes cottage living more enjoyable and provides plenty of space for cooking, gathering, and making memories.

Our Phelpston client's walkout deck from their master bedroom was in rough shape and unusable. We disassembled the railing and removed the deck boards and frame. With a clean slate, we re-framed the area, installed beautiful composite deck boards, and re-installed the railing. They are guaranteed to enjoy this deck for many years to come.
