Not great pictures but had to install some 4 1/2”x 18’ with double 24” helix today. Target torque wasn’t that high but the ground was soft. Still have a few piles that need to be cut to height. (Don’t want to start a fire, lots of dry grass on site) One house done today. Second one tomorrow and three more later on. Big piles are fun but definitely take a lot more time to install.

Got a call to clear out an acreage today. On my drive I was surprised how many acreages were not plowed out yet. Some might be waiting for that good neighbour with a tractor or skidsteer but for those who don’t have that luxury shoot me a message. I am in the Barrhead area. Have a skidsteer with 9’ snow bucket.

Installed 18 piles for a 52’ long home today. Got out of there just before it started to get too slimy. Shouldn’t have that problem in February but better then -20. Pad was freshly built so the frozen ground was manageable without predrilling.

Looking for a helper asap. Most of the work includes helping to install screw piles for modular homes and decks. Some excavator work and other dirt work. Decent amount of travel that is paid. Some over night jobs.
Must be punctual
Flexible with hours. (Can’t control weather and we don’t go home till the job is completed)
Willing to train the right person but equipment operating experience and mechanical experience is preferred.
Pay will be determined when I can see what you can do.

Looking for full time employee starting as soon as possible. Summer is looking to be a very busy one. Must have a valid license with clean drivers abstract. No experience needed. Good work ethic. Had a chance to use a tool I haven’t used much. Pierced under the driveway for power cable to a new shop. I am able to pierce approximately 50’.
