5000 sq/ft floor preparation in Orleans, Ontario at the old RBC/new Pet Valu.

We were contracted to patch the old utilities in the concrete slab from previous tenants, prepare the entire slab surface with a planetary grinder to remove all of the old glue/mastic, then pour a new self-levelling underlayment on the existing slab for the new tenant.

We were contracted to remove most existing walls, concrete curbing and coolers to allow for the new store configuration.

Another project complete!

Over 20,000 sq/ft of commercial demolition in Kanata, Ontario, Canada.

Our scope included removal of vinyl tile floors, steel doors, drywall, steel studs, commercial carpet, ceiling tiles, t-bar grid, and all relevant hangers, wires and framing attached to the decking and baffles.

On to the next!
