One of the best parts of our annual tournament is seeing everyone come together to catch up and spend time with the people who make Rutherford what it is.

We’re grateful for this team and the relationships we’ve built.

A day well spent with the Rutherford crew!

On September 18, we gathered at Westview Golf Club for our Annual Golf Tournament, one of our favourite traditions and a chance to step away from the job sites and office to enjoy time together.

Days like these help remind us how amazing it is to have a team that can work hard together but still share plenty of joy and laughter as we enjoy each other’s company.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the day so memorable, and to Westview Golf Club for having us. It was great to see everyone come together.

Project progress continues on one of our residential developments in Toronto!

Our team is managing the construction of several new residential buildings alongside the careful restoration of existing heritage-designated structures. Our scope of work includes underground parking, dedicated elevator access, and extensive groundwater and stormwater management systems, all designed to address the unique conditions of the site.

Juggling new construction and complex site servicing while restoring heritage buildings takes a lot of coordination and planning, and that's exactly where our team shines.

We're so proud of how they continue to navigate the complexities of building in an established urban environment to push this project forward toward completion.

We joined Lakehead University, the City of Barrie, Mayor Alex Nuttall and community partners to celebrate the official opening of the new Lakehead University Barrie STEM Hub.

For Rutherford, this project represents much more than the completion of a building. It represents what can happen when a community comes together around a shared vision for its future.

The new STEM Hub establishes Lakehead University's first campus in Barrie, transforming spaces at 24 Maple Avenue and 5 Ross Street into more than 26,000 sq. ft. of modern classrooms and labs for engineering, mechatronics and computer science.

Soon, these spaces will welcome their first students. In the years ahead, they will become places where ideas are tested, careers begin, connections are made and the next generation of talent takes shape.

We're proud to have played a role in bringing this vision to life alongside Lakehead University and the City of Barrie.

Congratulations to everyone who helped reach this milestone. We look forward to seeing what gets built here next.
