Radiators removed, temporary heaters in place, and the staircase is being completely replaced. Opening up the ceiling with an 8-foot dormer and extending the stairs from main floor to top—progress in full swing!

The existing dining room is getting a major transformation. While we’ll be opening up the space for a larger kitchen with a walk-in pantry, the back of the house is extending 10 feet to create a much bigger, more open area—while still keeping a private, cozy dining room.
