ICGP 1-Day Full Flake transformation completed for a good friend and repeat client of ours.
We originally completed this porch a few years back. Since then, the homeowner has updated the exterior of his home and relocated an air conditioner, leaving an exposed patch in the existing floor.
Rather than simply patching the area, he decided to refresh the entire porch to match the new exterior colours.
We mechanically ground down the existing coating and installed a fresh ICGP Full Flake System, bringing everything together with a seamless, durable finish.
New look. Same properly prepared, built-to-last ICGP system.

This week’s ICGP Full Flake transformation was a rough one.

This slab needed serious attention. Heavy surface deterioration and extensive concrete repairs turned this into a full 4-day process, all to properly restore the concrete and deliver the best ICGP Full Flake floor possible.
From rough and deteriorated to seamless, protected and built to last.

Out with the old, in with the new. Well… this concrete is actually on the newer side, but you know what we mean.
This client decided to do it right from the start and protect their concrete with an ICGP Full Flake System. A relatively small investment to protect and completely transform the space.
Every ICGP floor starts with proper concrete preparation. Mechanical diamond grinding, our proprietary ICGP resin system, full decorative flake broadcast, and a clear ICGP polyaspartic topcoat.
The result? A seamless, durable and easy-to-maintain finish that completes this custom garage build.
Don’t wait until your concrete is beat up to protect it. Do it right from the start.

This basement slab was mechanically prepared ahead of self-leveling and the installation of LVP/LVT flooring.
This client understands the importance of proper substrate preparation and following industry standards, specifically ASTM F710 and ASTM F2873, standards that are too often overlooked in flooring industry.
The substrate needs to be managed properly before the finished floor ever goes down.

Front entrance restoration project for a wonderful client who unfortunately paid an incompetent contractor upfront, only for them to leave the job unfinished and looking worse than when they started.
ICGP stepped in, removed and corrected the previous work, properly prepared the floor surface, and finished it with our proprietary resins, leaving behind a durable, salt-resistant ICGP Full Flake System.

A recent warehouse project completed for some great clients as they get their new space ready for business.
ICGP mechanically ground, densified and sealed the existing concrete, creating a flatter, smoother, hardened and dust-proof surface before their state-of-the-art spring floor was installed.
ICGP LTD wishes them nothing but success. Their story is pretty unique, so go check them out and support local.
