Snow and frozen ground demand the right equipment and experienced operators. ❄️

This Cat 320 is a beast in winter conditions, delivering steady power and precise control when traction and ground conditions are unpredictable.

Handled by trained Herrington operators, the focus stays on safe operation, proper warm-ups, and controlled movements to keep work moving efficiently in cold weather.

Winter work takes a steady hand and a lot of foresight. Managing frozen ground, tight access, and working carefully around mature trees means every move has to be deliberate. Jobs like this rely on precision, patience, and care for the surrounding land. It’s thoughtful, controlled work — shaped by a crew that’s mindful of the landscape on site.

This is what a good day on site looks like.

Everyone is working together, communicating without needing much said, and keeping things moving safely and efficiently. When the crew’s in sync, the job flows better, problems get handled quicker, and the day just runs smoother.

This is what happens when experience meets teamwork, and the job is done with care.
