Another roof completed in just 1 day by the Scherger Roofing crew!
This project involved a full tear-off of the old cedar roofing, replacement of rotten decking where needed, and installation of IKO Dynasty High-Performance shingles in Biscayne. To finish it off, we installed durable metal valleys for added protection and long-term performance.
A huge thank you to our hardworking crew for another quality installation completed safely and efficiently.

This is a wrap on another multi-family project for Scherger Roofing. 🔥
We’ve officially completed all of the damaged roofs in this complex, and what a transformation it turned out to be. Finished with IKO Dynasty Atlantic Blue shingles paired with black valley metal for a sharp, clean finish that stands out.
Huge thanks to our crews for the hard work and dedication that went into this project. The next phase is coming later — stay tuned. 👊

Huge milestone for Scherger Roofing.

This multi-family project didn’t happen overnight. Years of blood, sweat, stress, long days, and grinding from the ground up led to opportunities like this. Extremely grateful to have been chosen by this community for a massive 2,600 bundle shingle replacement project.
We’re installing high-performance IKO Dynasty shingles with a major color transformation that’s going to completely change the look of this property. Huge credit goes out to our crews and everyone involved putting in the hard work every single day to make projects like this possible.
