This customer asked for 1" of spray foam in the walls and ceiling of this shed - but our job doesn't stop at just installing spray foam.

Before installing spray foam, we carefully mask the face of the studs and rafters. This means when it's time to finish the interior, the paneling goes on smoothly without hours of scraping and prep work.

Attic transformation:

The Challenge: Like many older homes in the Manitoba, this house had no proper vapour barrier - just outdated wood shavings and deteriorating fibreglass batts.
Our Process:
1️⃣ Removed and bagged 40 large contractor bags of old insulation
2️⃣ Applied 2 inches of spray foam to seal the ceiling and create a proper vapour barrier
3️⃣ Topped with 15 inches of blow-in fibreglass insulation for maximum R-value

Why this hybrid approach works:
✅ Spray foam creates an airtight seal and vapour barrier
✅ Blow-in insulation adds cost-effective thermal protection
✅ Homeowner gets superior performance without breaking the budget

We filed an Efficiency Manitoba application for this client which was approved, giving the client a sizeable rebate on this project.
