Thoughtfully sourced. Beautifully built.

What makes a True North Log & Timber home different? It starts with the wood. 🌲

We hand-select northeastern white pine from the forests of Northern Ontario and Quebec. Each tree is winter-cut and slow-growth, chosen specifically for its strength and durability. We only use the heartwood, the densest, most stable part of the log, so your home stays solid and true over time.

Quality you can see. Quality you can feel.

The time to start is now ☀️

If you want to break ground next spring, the time to start is now.

Design takes time. Permits take time. Site prep, log package lead times, contractor scheduling; it all adds up faster than most people expect. The builds that go smoothly in the spring are the ones that started planning in the summer before.

This is the interior of a custom log home currently under construction. The timber roof structure, cathedral ceilings, and lake view through the window at the end, none of that happens without a plan in place months before the first shovel goes in the ground.

If a custom log home has been on your mind, this is the season to start the conversation.
